Synopsis:
The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) in support of the Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC).
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information about Advanced Health Information Technologies which have the potential to improve healthcare access, availability, accessibility, continuity, cost-effectiveness, and quality. This information should apply to advanced medical health information technologies, medical simulation, training technologies and systems. Information regarding research studies that describe effectiveness of these systems and contributes to their maturity is also sought.
This RFI also seeks information about organizations / consortia with capability and experience in areas related to this information request. This information request may assist the government to develop and refine its need. Information will be reviewed pursuant to consideration for the development of future Requests for Proposals for development of products identified in this RFI.
Information will be accepted during the period of 21 January 2010 through 28 February 2010 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
