Infectious Disease Portfolio is a rich tapestry of talented researchers
and dedicated institutions that support the military community
by the use of extensive collaborations within the scientific community
to include universities, research centers, and industry.

Protecting our War-fighters health by advancing technology for
the prevention, detection and effective treatment of Infectious
and Parasitic Disease
Portfolio Goals:

To prevent our War-fighters from Infectious and Parasitic
Disease exposure by developing safe and effective vaccines

ensure protection from Infectious and Parasitic Disease to
the War-fighter by creating technologies that can detect new
and reemerging disease

and Parasitic disease by indentifying the dynamics involved
in disease emergence, prevention, and elimination
The TATRC’s ID portfolio is co-managed by RAD1. This collaboration
allows TATRC PIs to have the opportunities to work with SMEs in
their specific area of research and interact with RAD1 during
TATRC Product Line Reviews
